Ingredientes da Receita

• 1 cenoura média (ralada ou picada)
• 2 ovos
• 2 colheres de sopa de leite vegetal concentrado (castanha, amêndoa ou coco)
• 2 colheres de sopa de açúcar demerara ou xilitol (para uma versão low-carb)
• 5 colheres de sopa de farinha de aveia
• 1 colher de café de fermento em pó
• Chocolate 70% derretido para a cobertura

Modo de Preparo

1. No liquidificador, bata bem a cenoura, os ovos e o leite vegetal até obter uma mistura homogênea.
2. Transfira a mistura para um recipiente e acrescente a farinha de aveia, misturando bem.
3. Por último, adicione o fermento e mexa suavemente até incorporar.
4. Despeje a massa em uma forma pequena untada (13×6 cm de diâmetro).
5. Asse na air fryer pré-aquecida a 180ºC por 20 minutos ou no forno convencional a 180ºC por aproximadamente 30 minutos. Faça o teste do palito!
6. Assim que esfriar, cubra com chocolate 70% derretido e delicie-se!
