Pão de Colher é aquela receitinha prática, rápida e deliciosa que toda vovó adora ensinar aos netinhos. Quem nunca sentiu o aroma de pão fresquinho tomando conta da cozinha da casa da avó enquanto brincava no quintal?

Hoje, minha querida, vou compartilhar uma das minhas receitas favoritas, cheia de carinho e memória afetiva, perfeita para quem não tem muita experiência com massas ou está com pressa, mas não abre mão de um pão quentinho feito em casa.

Esse pãozinho ganhou o nome de “Pão de Colher” justamente pela sua praticidade: você não precisa sovar, enrolar ou sujar as mãos na massa. É só misturar tudo com uma colher e assar, simples assim! Ideal para os dias corridos, mas também para acompanhar aquele cafezinho da tarde em família.

Ingredientes Necessários para o Pão de Colher:

• 1 xícara (240ml) de água morna
• 2 colheres (sopa) de azeite de oliva
• 1 colher (chá) de fermento biológico seco
• 1 colher (chá) de sal
• 1 xícara (240ml) de farinha de trigo branca
• 1 xícara (240ml) de farinha de trigo integral

Obs.: Se preferir, você pode utilizar apenas farinha branca, usando 2 xícaras no total.

Utensílios Utilizados:

Para garantir que tudo saia perfeito, tenha em mãos:

• Uma tigela grande
• Colheres (para medir e misturar)
• Assadeira ou forma antiaderente
• Papel manteiga (opcional)

Modo de Preparo Fácil e Rápido:

1. Em uma tigela grande, misture primeiro a água morna com o fermento biológico e espere uns cinco minutinhos até formar pequenas bolhas. Isso significa que seu fermento está ativo e prontinho para agir!
2. Acrescente o azeite, o sal e, aos poucos, as farinhas, misturando com uma colher até obter uma massa homogênea, mole e pegajosa. Não se preocupe, é assim mesmo!
3. Cubra a tigela com um pano limpo e deixe descansar em local quentinho até que a massa triplique de tamanho. Isso pode levar aproximadamente 30 a 45 minutos, dependendo da temperatura ambiente.
4. Após o crescimento, pré-aqueça o forno a 250 graus Celsius.
5. Com duas colheres molhadas, retire pequenas porções da massa com cuidado e coloque diretamente na assadeira untada ou forrada com papel manteiga.
6. Asse em forno quente até os pãezinhos dourarem, aproximadamente 20 minutos.

Esta receita rende aproximadamente 10 a 12 pãezinhos pequenos, perfeitos para consumo imediato ou lanche rápido.

• Caso prefira um pão integral mais leve, substitua a farinha integral pela mesma medida de farinha branca.
• Não gosta de azeite? Use manteiga derretida ou óleo vegetal na mesma quantidade.
• Para quem precisa de uma opção sem glúten, substitua as farinhas tradicionais por mix de farinha sem glúten, adicionando meia colher de chá de goma xantana para dar liga.
